Founded by Nancy Prest in 2013, Doodle HR is based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Nancy is an experienced HR professional with CIPD graduate qualifications at Masters level, a Diploma in Employment Law and over 15 years’ experience in public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Nancy is passionate about HR and brings a thorough understanding of regulation and policy development and the importance of compliance for small to medium size businesses. Key HR projects include the design and implementation of new SAP HR and Payroll systems, the establishment of HR departments and their operational processes, and the design, delivery and communication of benefits packages.
Nancy works alongside Employment Law Solicitors and continues to update and expand her HR skills to provide clients with expert, up to the minute practical advice, on all day to day Human Resources issues. She also works closely with local recruitment agencies to enable preferential rates for her clients.
Doodle HR also supports SME’s by reviewing health and safety risks for your business, identifying issues before they become a problem. Our in-house expert has over 18 years of experience and can assist you to introduce health and safety training, policies and management systems to ensure your company remains compliant.
