For complete peace of mind, Doodle HR offers a level of continual HR advice and support that larger businesses benefit from in-house, through a retained service.
Option One
- Email and Telephone advice for max two named individuals in your organisation
- 4 hours per month used in a bespoke manner to compliment your company’s needs (this could be ‘on site’ and in the office for one half day per month or one hour per week)
- During the retained 4 hours, Doodle HR will work on:
- Policies and procedures
- Contracts
- All areas of Employment Legislation
- Twice yearly review of your policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with current legislation (if taken as a continuous package)
Monthly fee of £250 + VAT (minimum 3 month contract)
Disbursements: 45p per mile for office visits
Option Two
- 24/7 telephone and email advice (for max two named individuals)
- 2 days per month (14 hours worked at your office or virtually) used to compliment your business requirements
- Review of current policies and procedures in line with current legislation
- Review of current documents in line with current legislation
- Production of required policies and procedures (as identified by you and your business)
- Production of required documents (as identified by you and your business)
- Production of a basic Employee Handbook
- A dedicated HR Manager to compliment the expertise you have in your business, freeing up your valuable time
Monthly fee of £775 + VAT (minimum 6 months)
Disbursements: 45p per mile for office visits (charged after first 25 miles)
Option Three
- 24/7 telephone and email advice (for max two named individuals)
- 1 day per week (7 hours worked at your office or virtually) used to compliment your business requirements
- Review of current policies and procedures in line with current legislation
- Review of current documents in line with current legislation
- Production of all policies and procedures (including Disciplinary, Grievance, Sickness Absence, Information Security, Company Car and Maternity, Paternity, Adoption)
- Production of required documents (including Contracts, New starter documents and processes, changes to terms and conditions)
- Production of a bespoke Employee Handbook
Ensure all electronic and hard copy employee files are created and kept up to date
- Assisting with recruitment (including creation of Job Specifications, interviews and required documents and letters)
Assistance in ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures (by all employees) by being your HR Manager
- A dedicated HR Manager to compliment the expertise you have in your business, freeing up your valuable time
£1550 + VAT per month (minimum 12 months)
Disbursements: 45p per mile for office visits (charged after first 25 miles)
